3 Sports Bars for Dallas Cowboys Fans

September 8th is the official start of the Dallas Cowboys regular season. If you’re looking for a place to hang with other fans and cheer on the Boys, check out these three bars near our Dallas high-rise apartments:

Rack Daddy’s

Whether you want to enjoy a night of games or just want to relax, Rack Daddy’s is the place for you. Open nightly until 2:00 a.m, this lively bar is where strangers become friends. When visitors aren’t watching the Cowboys, they can challenge their friends to ping pong or pool. The free buffet on Friday nights draws a crowd, and a DJ entertains on Saturdays. Signature drinks include Texas Twist, Pineapple Express, and Anna’s Special Tea.

Happiest Hour

With the city’s largest patio and a rooftop deck featuring spectacular downtown views, it’s no wonder Happiest Hour is one of the most popular bars in town. It offers one of the best happy hours in Dallas, and the food is sure to satisfy any craving. The setting is upscale and features wood accents, picture windows, and exposed brick. Menu offerings include fish & chips, grilled chicken sandwiches, and crab mac & cheese. They pair well with the signature cocktails and the 50 beers on tap.

The Nodding Donkey

Called the best sports bar in Uptown, The Nodding Donkey features a chef-driven, scratch kitchen. Chef Jonathan Calabrese uses the freshest ingredients and ensures the dishes pair well with the local craft beers. Hours are extended until 2:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and twenty televisions show the Cowboys in action. Meals include pulled pork sandwiches, smoked St. Louis ribs, and the Bacon Blue Cheese burger.

In addition to these sports bars, our high rise apartments in Dallas are also near top shopping destinations and world-class museums. To call our community home, please contact us. We’d love to show you firsthand all we have to offer.
