Cool Off with the Best Frozen Cocktails in Dallas

Two frozen cocktails, one blue and one pink.

On a warm summer night, there’s nothing more refreshing than a frozen cocktail.

The best cocktail destinations in Dallas include:

Oddfellows

Nestled in the Bishop Arts District, Oddfellows is called a wildly creative neighborhood diner by Thrillist. It offers something for everyone and is known for providing the best weekend brunch in addition to beers you won’t find anywhere else. The restaurant is a fun place to meet friends, and it features chalkboard menus and dark wood accents. Try the frozen sangria with the Spinalis steak & frites. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Truck Yard

The Truck Yard offers a lively atmosphere between 11:00 a.m. and midnight. This come-as-you-are beer garden was born out of the owner’s love for old dance halls and honky-tonks. The bar gained recognition on the Travel Channel’s Chowdown Countdown, and it often draws a crowd. Guests can enjoy their time on the patio complete with towering trees and old license plates. The frozen cocktails are a customer favorite, and choices include Truck 1/2 Yard, Trash Can Punch, and Coco Key Lime Pie.

Sixty Vines

Sixty Vines believes that great food and great wine go hand-in-hand. The chefs take inspiration from wine country, and guests can watch them work in the open kitchen. The frosé is popular on a hot day, and it pairs well with the light bites. Choices include short rib sliders, summer garden flatbread, and smoked peach bruschetta. The bites are just five dollars during Tappy Hour, which is offered Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
